Selma died December 2, 1937 in Michigan, at 62 years of age. Her body was interred December 5, 1937 in Royal Oak, MI, Oakview Cemetery. Selma was divorced from Charles W. Gordon in Michigan, Between 1913 and 1918.

Charles was divorced from Selma Marie Miller in Michigan, Between 1913 and 1918. Charles W. Gordon worked as a shop foreman in Detroit, MI. Sometime between 1913 and 1918, Charles and Selma parted ways and must have divorced.
