12. Frank Marion³ McBurney (George Washington², Hamilton¹) was born in Durham, IA April 29, 1885. Frank died March 8, 1965 in Riverside County, California, at 79 years of age.

He married Elsie D. Erhgott. Elsie was born January 9, 1889. Elsie was the daughter of George Fred Ehrgott and Katherine Dorothy Feihl. Elsie died August 28, 1967 in Los Angeles County, CA, at 78 years of age. The 1910 US census shows Frank and Elsie lived in Barnitz Township, Custer County, OK. He was a bank cashier. The 1920 US census shows they lived in Butler, OK with sons, Neil (age 8) and Rollin (age 7). The 1930 US census shows Frank and Elsie had moved to 1519 Marine Ave. in the Wilmington District of Los Angeles County, Ca. Frank was listed as a bank manager. Neil worked in an oil refinery. (Note: Wilmington is next to Long Beach and has lots of oil wells nearby.)

Frank Marion McBurney and Elsie D. Erhgott had the following children:

+ 19 i. Neil Erghott⁴ McBurney was born January 25, 1911.

+ 20 ii. Rollin Marion McBurney was born August 5, 1912.
