59. Gene Michael¹² Vanderford (Charles Homer¹¹, William Austin¹⁰, John Austin⁹, Austin Comer⁸, William⁷, John⁶, Richard⁵, Charles⁴, George Paul³, Michael Paul², Paul¹) was born in Elgin, IL February 27, 1953.

He married twice. He married Janina Paula Marslek in Elgin, IL, September 11, 1976. Janina was born in Chicago, Cook, IL September 18, 1954. Janina is the daughter of Emil Jacob Louis Marslek and Gladys Christine Drzewiecki. Janina was divorced from Gene Michael Vanderford in Hoffman Estates, IL, October 30, 2001. Janina (Nina) Marslek was adopted by Emil and Gladys Marslek soon after birth at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, IL. Her biological parents were Walter B. and Katherine Kulik. Nina is the oldest of three adopted children. She lived with her sister Susanne, and her brother, Jacob with their parents in Medinah, IL and moved later to Glen Ellyn, IL. Nina grew up enjoying sports and music, participating on the swimming and gymnastics teams and playing the piano and guitar. After graduating from Glenbard West High School, she studied piano and psychology at Rosemary College, the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and Northern Illinois University.

He married Sheila Ann Fenton in Las Vegas, Nevada, December 26, 2004. Sheila was born July 17, 1952.

Gene was divorced from Janina Paula Marslek in Hoffman Estates, IL, October 30, 2001.

67 i. John David¹³ Vanderford was born in Schaumburg, IL September 10, 1982. He married Kathryn Ellen Kirst in Chicago, Cook, IL, March 19, 2011. Kathryn was born in Chicago, Cook, IL December 17, 1984. Kathryn is the daughter of William George Kirst and Geraldine Mary Jensen. Johnny graduated from Hoffman Estates High School in 2000, received a baccalaureate degree in electrical engineering in 2007, and a masters degree of science in electrical engineering specialization in semiconductor fabrication in 2011. Both collegiate degrees were received from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. He met Kathryn Ellen Kirst in 2006 also going to Northern Illinois University who received a baccalaureate degree in journalism in 2007. Kathryn was born on December 17, 1984 in Chicago, IL and is the daughter of William George Kirst Sr. and Geraldine Mary Jensen. Kathryn has an older brother William George Kirst Jr. and younger brother Thomas Patrick Kirst. John married Kathryn on March 19, 2011 in St. Benedicts Church in Chicago, IL. John currently works as a photovoltaics process engineer and resides with Kathryn in Lakewood, OH.

68 ii. Peter Douglas Vanderford was born in Schaumburg, IL September 26, 1985.

69 iii. William Daniel Vanderford was born in Schaumburg, IL June 18, 1988.
